A 1990 graduate of the United States Military Academy, Ross earned a degree in economics before serving six years as an Army officer. He later transitioned into the construction equipment sector, building experience across several major equipment manufacturers.
His background includes managing business operations, developing dealer relationships, supporting product strategies, and improving customer service systems.
